Campbell Combat Ceremonies – Contest Rules

No purchase necessary. One valid entry per contestant.

You must be 17 years of age or older at time of entry to be eligible for this contest. This contest is void where prohibited by law.

Winners will be notified by phone and email. If a winner is unreachable after 72 hours, or if that winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected. If an eligible winner cannot be found for the prize, that prize will not be awarded.

Organizers of Campbell Combat Ceremonies (hereinafter “Sponsor”) reserve the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value.

Sponsor reserves the right to restrict the local winners to only persons whose primary residence is within a 60 mile radius of Montgomery County, TN and must be stationed at Fort Campbell, KY during contest period. (March 25, 2019 through November 2, 2019).

Beginning on March 25, 2019 and running through April 28, 2019 interested parties may go online to and enter the Campbell Combat Ceremonies sweepstakes. Entrants will be required to submit a photo with the fiancé or spouse, first and last name, valid email, valid phone number, date of birth, and zip code. Entrants will also be asked to submit a short description about their relationship. Winners will be selected at random, from all qualified entries on April 29, 2019 beginning at noon CST. Every reasonable attempt to contact the winners via email and phone will be made. Any entries that are incomplete will not be considered.

Eligible winner MUST be active duty military, E-6 or lower and stationed at Fort Campbell, Kentucky as of September 17, 2019. Legally married couples who fit the above criteria are still eligible to register and win.

All winners must be available on Saturday, November 9, 2019. There will not be an alternate date. Prize is not transferable or returnable for cash or credit.

Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the contest commissioners, which are final on all matters pertaining to the contest. All guidelines are set forth below and must be agreed to prior to acceptance of the prize.

Either bride or groom must provide adequate contact information to the Sponsor, to include cell phone number and email. One additional person from the bridal party must supply their contact information as an emergency contact.

Couples, or appointed member of the bridal party, must attend all mandatory meetings regarding the wedding planning. Same person does not need to attend every meeting, but someone from the bridal party must be present. Rehearsals are mandatory.

Sponsor(s) will be contacting via email and/or phone regarding venue, hair and make-up, coordination, etc. To ensure timely response and reaction, all couples are asked to respond no more than 24 hours after contact.

Your wedding time will be assigned to you upon winning and cannot be changed. Weddings will be assigned in random order through the Second Street platform as the first through sixth entries that are selected at random through the platform.

Should you choose not to accept the prize, please forfeit the prize by May 15, 2019 in order to allot enough time for another couple to claim the prize.

Twenty-five guests per wedding maximum with bridal party and children to be included in the total count. Additional guests will not be allowed in the reception but may witness the ceremony.

The following items are provided by the sponsors. Winner does not have the right or opportunity to choose an outside vendor to participate and must choose from the vendors listed on the official event website. The following items will be provided:

Hair and makeup for brides, bouquets for brides, photographer, officiate for ceremony, wedding cake, DJ with dancing, champagne (1 bottle if couple are 21 years of age), refreshments for couple and guests. An arrival time will be given and must be adhered to so that each couple can enjoy all of the activities offered. The bridal dressing area will be shared with another bride. Bride will be able to have 2 guests in bridal dressing area.

The bride should arrive 4 hours prior to the assigned wedding time, to allow hair and makeup to be done by local professionals. Each bride will have 2 hours assigned in dressing area. (One hour for hair and one hour for make-up). If the bride does not arrive during the assigned time, they may have to forfeit that portion of the prize. Haircuts and weaves are not part of the donation.

Wedding party should arrive ready for the ceremony. Space to change inside the bridal suite is limited.

Each bride will be assigned a “Fairy Godmother” to assist in planning prior to and during the day of the wedding. This person will be available to help and answer questions and assist in planning your day. Please provide a mobile number for your Fairy godmother to contact you.

Winner is responsible for obtaining a marriage license at the Montgomery County clerk’s office prior to November 9, 2019. This is required to participate.

Winner is responsible for rings and wedding attire.

Prior to your wedding ceremony, you will have a picture session with a professional photographer. A packet of wedding photo images will be gifted to you and available online from your photographer. Your photos will be made available to be used online by all parties participating in your wedding day.

A list of all guests that will be attending must be sent to the wedding attendant by October 19, 2019. There will be security and your guests must be on your list to be granted entrance.

Guests will arrive 30 minutes prior to your assigned wedding time. All guests will park in designated parking and proceed to Arch area to await your ceremony. No exceptions.

Outside food and drink is prohibited.

Each guest (21 and older) will be given 2 drink tickets to redeem at the bar. Beer and wine will be available. Other refreshments will be provided

Entrants further grant to Sponsor(s) the right to use and publish their proper name and state online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the Contest.

Sponsor(s) reserves the right to use any and all information related to the Contest, including information on contestants obtained through the contest, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.

The Contest and all of the related pages, contents are copyright to Campbell Combat Ceremonies. Copying or unauthorized use of any copyrighted materials, trademarks or any other intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.

Each winner, by acceptance of the prize, agrees to release all Sponsors, and their parent and subsidiary companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising agencies from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.

Campbell Combat Ceremonies is not responsible for Internet crashes or slowdowns caused by network congestion, viruses, sabotage, satellite failures, phone line failures, electrical outages, natural disasters or acts of man or God.

All results posted are unofficial until winners respond to e-mail notification.

Campbell Combat Ceremonies reserves the right to change the rules at any time.
